    I just wanted to thank you. I picked up on this site by reading Chud, and this is the first Lost analysis I've read (and I've read several) that actually had me convinced the writers had planned out/paid attention to the ongoing symbolism and motifs the show presented. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of the show, but there was always a sort of haphazard feeling to some of the character decisions and symbolism and literary allusions that I could never tie together. Possibly because of the episodic nature of the show and slowly progressing plot (at least up until season 4 or so.) So thanks for that, and I'll keep reading!

    Thanks for the kind words, Greg. I'm glad that you've been enjoying the re-watch, and that it's helped give you an appreciation for the insane amount of work/detail that goes into most episodes of Lost.
