Initially I was curious as to how Alex set off an alarm this time when previously she managed to go undetected. On this rewatch, however, it seems apparent it was part of the plan. I'm fairly certain (after watching/listening several times) it's her voice that tells Jack to try the door. She also told Kate they would kill Sawyer, spurring her decision to sleep with him (That wasn't the whole reason, but it's a contributing factor). Was she acting on her own, with Ben manipulating her to make those choices? Or was she in on it all along?
Why is Pickett so ticked off that the schedule with Sawyer and Kate was moved up? What other plans did they have for them?
